Welcome to Samaritans in Spain, operated by Costa Blanca Samaritans. We offer a free, completely confidential, non-judgmental emotional support service for any English speaker of any age who may be experiencing distress or despair, or who might be feeling suicidal. We believe that whatever problems someone is dealing with, whether large or small, they do not have to be alone with them.

  We are here for you between 8pm and midnight every evening, 365 days of the year, together with Monday and Tuesday mornings from 10.00am to 12 noon.
  Calls are charged at Telefonica’s national call rate and SiS receives no benefit from operating a national number, we have this as it means people can call us from anywhere in Spain and reach us on a single number. We have this regardless of which geographical SiS branch is “on-duty.”
• Calpé Drop-in Centre: Based at the Casal de las Asociaciones, Plaza de la Constitucion (approximately 100 metres down from the Town Hall) open every Monday from 10.00 am – 12.00 noon.
• La Nucia Drop-in Centre: (open from 29th May), at the Centro Social Non Espai, on the CV 70 at ‘Rotunda 3’, (opposite the BP garage), Open weekly on a Tuesday also between 10.00 am – 12.00 noon

• Prison Visiting: Hopefully this will be in operation in May 2012 at Fontcalent Prison (Alicante)
